1. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Denmark: 3–5 business days
- Sweden & Norway: 5–8 business days
- Rest of EU (DE, NL, FR, etc.): 5–10 business days
- Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania: 7–12 business days
- United States: 10–15 business days
Delivery times are indicative and run from dispatch date. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Folke’s flat-pack design is optimised for efficient delivery — all products ship compactly and arrive ready for tool-free assembly.
3. Delivery Method
All orders are delivered to your door. You will receive tracking information directly from our logistics partner once your order has been dispatched.
4. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please:
- Ask the courier to note the damage
- Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product
- Contact us within 48 hours at cn@folkefurniture.com
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
